- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Our mother was here for 3 wks til she passed during her stay it seemed really great the first week after that the nurses and aids were not attentive like they were sometimes it took 45 min. To get one to her room. Also she was on hospice care and when they called they were told she was fine and never told them they had to put her on oxygen which is a rule of hospice care 3 days before she passed. The first shift nurse I will say was fantastic she was there and always concerned with her patients. When her family wasn't there they didn't try to get her to eat or drink they put her tray down and left. So much of her care was in question.So no I don't recommend Universal healthcare facility my regret is taking her there and depending on them.March 12, 2017by jackie hunter
